this project seeks to use a Citizen Report Card (CRC) to assess the efficiency in the use of public funds in the provision of quality health care services. Choice Ghana under this project source funding from Results for Development Institute to implement this project that sought to assess the quality of health care service delivery in the East Gonja and Kpandai districts in the face of increase resource inflows from the National Health Insurance Scheme. This project was funded by the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation through Results for Development Institute (R4D).

The feedbacks from the users were used to engage various stakeholders at different levels for the improvement in health service delivery. This has led to a number of improvement within the health facilities in the district to ensure quality of service for clients. The following were achieved: procurement of a theatre monitor and big size power plant: 24 hour pharmacy and additional lab services were introduced, landscaped design amidst trees, flowers and grasses were planned and executed.
